This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit, baseball style cap, honoring the men of the 14th Brooklyn N.Y.S.M. The cap is a luxurious wool blend mimicking the units signature red topped kepi, trimmed in navy blue. The cap is designed to be modern representation of the distinctive kepi worn by the 14th throughout our Civil War, on every eastern battlefield from start to finish. The 14th was a particular favorite of Abraham Lincoln, who INSISTED on having the 14th as his personal bodyguard whenever he was in camp. It will be the 14th who arrives FIRST to the battlefield on day one at Gettysburg to relieve John Buford’s beleaguered cavalry.

Sizing Information: three sizes. S/M, L/XL, and XXL
Our flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes. S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4. A L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7=5/8. The XXL will fit heads 7-3/4 to 8-1/4. The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
