This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit, baseball style cap, representing the men of the Confederacy’s famous Irish regiments. The 10th Tennessee and the 24th Georgia, although there were more, including a very high percentage of Irish in the 1st Special Battalion, the… Louisiana Tigers.

Confederate Irish is the first cap in our new Americanization program, where an increasing amount of our production processes are being done here on American Soil.

The hat front features the Infantry horn insignia in detailed raised puff style embroidery (the type found on professional baseball caps) in gold metallic. The cap has the 10th Tennessee’s flag harp on the side and Rebel Sons Of Erin on the back in Kelly green. The cap is designed to be modern artful representation of the traditional soldiers kepi worn by both sides throughout our Civil War.

Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL

Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.

S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.

L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7=5/8.

The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.

The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
