This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit baseball style cap hat, honoring the men of Northern Virginia’s Loudon and Farquier counties, who joined with Colonel John Singleton Mosby to create what became known as Mosby’s Confederacy. Farmers by day, partisan rangers by night, Mosby's men exemplified the very American tradition of the citizen soldier. The hat features the famous cavalry crossed sabers insignia in detailed puff style embroidery (the type found on professional baseball caps) in metallic gold, on a dark charcoal grey cap. The cap has 43rd Virginia Cavalry embroidered on the rear hat band, along with the units famous nickname, Mosby’s Rangers, in a historically accurate cavalry yellow.
