Custom Regimental Cap Prog.

Our standard high quality, flex fit, wool blend, cap product, in either Union Dark Navy Or Confederate Cadet Charcoal Grey, or the new Artillery hat in both Red/Blue or Blue/Red. Hats feature the puff embroidered branch logo of your choice, either the Infantry hunters horn, the Cavalry crossed sabers or the Artillery crossed cannons In puff style raised metallic gold thread. Customer can detail any unit to be added to the back panel. Infantry caps will be customized in Infantry light blue, and cavalry units will be customized in cavalry yellow, Artillery caps will be in the trim color of the cap.

Union caps are available with the eastern corps logos on the side panel, this is not available in Confederate caps as they did not use a similar corps structure.

Custom Product Delivery: Please remember, you are ordering a custom product that will have to be made. please allow 2 weeks from time of order to receipt of customized product (4 days for custom embroidery and 4 additional days (average) for shipment to your location). The 2 weeks includes weekends or holidays. Caps have been running about 9 days from order to delivery.

Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL

Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.

S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.

L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7=5/8.

The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.

The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
