This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit, baseball style cap, honoring the men of the Union's famous Irish Brigade. Although most well known for their costly and pivotal actions at Fredericksburg and Gettysburg, the unit's distinct battle flag was seen at many engagements throughout the Civil War.

The hat front features the Irish Brigade's signature harp insignia in detailed puff style embroidery (the type found on professional baseball caps). in kelly green. The cap has the regiments of the Irish Brigade and their home state stitched into the side piece and the rear of the cap is emblazoned with the IRISH BRIGADE and the 2nd Corps famous shamrock The cap is designed to be modern artful representation of the Irish Brigades kepi traditionally worn by Union Infantry throughout our Civil War.

Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL

Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.

S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.

L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7=5/8.

The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.

The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
